Chefmall recommends choosing a Large size for the average male hand if you want a little extra room inside. Medium may be only slightly snug which offers a more "direct" feel. Most Medium sizes are in stock.

This Puppet mitt has a protection rating of  900 degrees. It features a thumb-over-palm design which places the hand in a natural position for handling sheet pans, trays, etc. The flame- and heat-resistant Dupont Nomex outer-shell fabric offers outstanding protection where there is risk of exposure to open flame.

 SANITATION All  BurnGuard apparel is completely washable. If the product becomes soiled during use, simply wash the product at the sink and return to use wet, without the risk of steam burns. Washing the product as needed will maintain a high level of sanitation.
