5.5" Ergo Chef Boning Knife

The blade on this knife is semi flexible making it easy to follow the contours of bones.  The handle is larger than many boning knives on the market giving you more feel as you cut meat or filet fish.

This knife is designed with a special “S” shaped medium flexible blade and a larger ergonomic handle with smooth rolled edges. Great for eight-waying a chicken, cutting up a turkey, pork tenderloin, ribs and it's a perfect size utility knife for cutting up small fruits.
